Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BeachLush. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
3. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. All checkout prices are in USD. BeachLush charges the item subtotal only, with no shipping fee or checkout tax. Any import duties or obligations imposed outside checkout may still apply. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing errors, and to limit or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
4. Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
5. Shipping & returns
Shipping timelines, return windows and refund terms are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms. Items must be returned unworn with any hygiene liner intact.
